Attending a mindful eating and intermittent fasting (aka time-restricted eating) detox retreat in the south-west of France will enable you to get away from the hustle, bustle and never-ending demands of everyday life.

Allowing you to recharge your batteries, reconnect with nature, unwind and de-clutter your mind and increase your physical fitness.

Intermittent fasting and mindful eating are the current buzz words in the weight management world – it involves fasting for a specified period: 16, 18 of 20 hours, and eating during the hours of the day that remain: 8,6 or 4 hours.

Intermittent Fasting has many benefits. Evidence-based research has demonstrated that it may

  • help you lose weight and keep it off forever
  • extend your lifespan, helping you to live healthily for longer
  • make you more resistant against infections, incl viral infections
  • help you sleep better
  • reduce insulin resistance, lowering your risk of type 2 diabetes
  • reduce inflammation that causes or worsens many chronic diseases like arthritis

Enough free time is available for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

The retreat starts on day 1 at 18h00 with a welcoming dinner and informal discussion about guest’s expectations of intermittent fasting ends on day 5 with a wholesome brunch and review of the guest’s intermittent fasting program for the next 6 months.

None of the activities is mandatory. If you prefer to skip an activity and just relax and read quietly in the garden, you are more than welcome. The program is not set in stone and might be adjusted according to outside temperatures.
