Yoga & Paella Making
Cala Tuent
18 August - 21 August 2023

When guests join us in Cala Tuent there are so many highlights from our retreat weekends, one being the Vegetarian Paella which Jaume & his chefs serve us from Es Vergeret restaurant. So many times we have asked how they make it & up until now they have kept it a secret. So, it fills us with delight to tell you that we are hosting a very special retreat where Sami & Jaume will give a cooking demo on the Saturday evening (of the retreat) on how to cook the ‘perfect’ Paella! We will also learn how to make other local traditional dishes like Coca de Trampo (a delicious & crunchy tasty vegan Majorcan flatbread topped with vegetables & extra virgin olive oil).

We will also pair some local wines with the dishes served & most importantly you get to taste everything!!

What to expect:

  • Daily Yoga classes (for all levels)
  • Sunrise Trek to El Moro de Forat with Rafa
  • Spectacular views
  • Massage Treatment from Javier and team
  • Breakfast/brunch at the infamous Es Vergeret Restaurant
  • Paella cooking demo on Saturday afternoon with wine tasting.
  • Walk to Sa Colabra & experience Torrent de Parais
  • Chill out time on the beach or at the accomodation itself which has amazing sea & mountain views
  • Evening meals with the group

What’s included on your retreat…

  • Accommodation
  • Your breakfast/brunch & evening dinner
  • All yoga & guided walks/treks

What’s not included…

  • Flights
  • Transfers (which we can organise from Palma and roughly costs €35 per head)
  • Massage with Javier (€60 approx for 90 minute treatment)

All food served on the retreat will be vegetarian. Please let us know of any food allergies/intolerances & we will do our best to facilitate you.

About the destination

Cala Tuent - Spain

About Cala Tuent…

Cala Tuent is a remote, tranquil beach on the northwest coast of Mallorca, with stunning views of the surrounding Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, including its highest peak, Puig Major. Located near the popular Cala Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis, Cala Tuent remains a quieter beach, with fewer tourists due to the fact that tourist buses don’t pass through here. There are few accessible beaches along this beautiful, mountainous, UNESCO world heritage landscape, making it an exceptional beach visit. Cala Tuent is considered to be one of the top 20 beaches on the island.
