Studies now show that the average person spends over 7 hours a day on screens, leaving many of us feeling overstimulated, exhausted, distracted and disconnected from ourselves, nature and meaningful connection.
Beginning from Friday lunchtime through to Monday morning, this intimate 3-night retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, reduce screen time and reconnect with the things that truly matter.
Rather than a strict “no phones” retreat, UNPLUG gently encourages guests to take space away from screens through phone-free mornings, time immersed in nature, movement, sea swims, conversation, stillness and moments of real presence.
Through yoga, breathwork, relaxation and time surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Cala Tuent, this retreat is designed to calm the nervous system, support wellbeing and create space to properly switch off.
