Beginning from Friday lunchtime through to Monday morning, this intimate 3-night retreat offers space to step away from the noise of everyday life and begin the year feeling calmer, lighter and renewed.
Through yoga, restorative movement, breathwork, meditation and time immersed in nature, Into The Quiet invites you to embrace a slower pace and create space for deep rest and wellbeing.
Surrounded by the beauty of Mallorca in winter, expect nourishing food, meaningful connection, mountain air, moments of stillness and the opportunity to simply pause.
Optional wellness experiences including massage, Reiki and healing therapies may also be available throughout the retreat.
